Association of Western Australia
is a non-profitable,
cultural
& charitable organisation, run by the Bengali Community in
WA. We try to project the rich cultural heritage and tradition
of Bengal
throughout the year, through numerous cultural and charitable
activities, in Perth. Our organisation is an epitome of Bengali culture
in Australia. Throughout the year, we also welcome new Bengalis
arriving in Australia, incorporating them within the larger Australian
Bengali Family. Above all, we maybe Bengalis, but we are still Indians
, and that is reflected through the various multicultural events we
organise. As an organisation, we have many dreams, where the sky is the
limit.... we are still trying to achieve many things. On these pages,
we
will try to reflect our constructive activities and the resourcefulness
of our members, as well as any titbits of news concerning our community
in WA.
We also welcome feedback regarding this website, as we will
construct this BAWA website based on
your valuable feedback.
