Natyotsab 2011

BAWA organised its first ever Natyotsab (an evening of 2 drama performances) on 12th November at Don Russell Performing Arts Centre. "Lakkhaner Shaktishel" a timeless classic by Sukumar Ray was presented by our community kids in our continued tribute to Sukumar Roy on his 125th birth anniversary celebration. This was followed by "Ek Je Chhilo Raja" adapted from "Ballabhpurer Rupkatha" by Badal Sarkar, our tribute to the legendary playwright whom we lost earlier in the year. The stunning and gogeous performances were well attended and were a fitting finale of BAWA's events for 2011.
